How to Increase Biceps Size

Q: Although I want to increase the size of my biceps, I do not like curl movements. What can I do to get around this type of exercise and increase the size of my arms?

A: If you have a lagging body part, give it priority in your workouts. For real size, I think barbell curls are the best exercise. Try preacher curls while in the sitting position. The E-Z bar is good to use as well as it forces concentration to this body part. While training your biceps give concentration to the raising and lowering of your arms. Take your time and do not rush the movement. You are on the road to big biceps.
