How to Tone Stubborn Thighs

Q: I have stubborn thighs. No matter what I do, I can't tighten up this area. Spring is coming and I need help.

A: The first exercise for tight thighs is lunges. Lunges are a basic movement, but when performed properly, you will get results. Stand straight with both feet together. Move one foot forward as if you are about to take a step forward. Lean into the leg and at the same time lower the back knew until it reaches the ground. Perform 12 reps and then rotate legs. Try 4-5 sets of this exercise. Additional exercises are side leg lifts and squats. These are basic exercises that will pay off. Remember to stretch between exercises.
