King Prawn Au Gratin Recipe

For this recipe you will need some fresh, peeled King Prawns, a tin of Lobster Bisque ( any supermarket will have this ), some fresh Tarragon ( freeze dried will do ), some mature Cheddar cheese, and some bread crumbs.

Step 1:
Throw all the King Prawns into a small oven proof dish.

Step 2:
Dollop on some of the Lobster Bisque.

Step 3:
Bung on some of the Tarragon to taste.

Step 4:
Do the same with the Cheddar cheese making sure that you have grated it, as opposed to it being just sliced. You will only need a little cheese.

Step 5:
Throw on a good coating of the breadcrumbs and then hoy on some freshly ground pepper.

Step 6:
Bang it into the oven and turn it onto a mediumish setting.

Step 7:
Wait until the whole thing has been bubbling away for a while and the top is nice and golden.

Then eat and enjoy with a nice crisp salad topped with a low calorie dressing!
