Bodybuilding Salmon Recipes

Salmone Arrosto

This has to be the easiest recipe in the world!

For this recipe you will need a salmon steak, two oranges, two lemons, two limes, some balsamic vinegar and some honey.

Step 1:
Place the salmon steak into a shallow oven dish.

Step 2:
Cut the oranges, lemons and limes in half and squeeze the juice form these into the oven dish which contains the salmon steak.

Step 3:
Throw about a quarter of the bottle of balsamic vinegar into the bowl.

Step 4:
Bung in a few big dollops of honey into the bowl.

Step 5:
Brush the salmon with some olive oil and bang the whole thing into a red hot oven without putting the lid on. Just turn the oven to its highest setting.

Step 6:
Keep and eye on things and just spoon the juice over the fish every now and then.

Step 7:
Allow the whole thing to reduce right down to a nice thick, gooey mixture. This will be used as the dressing for the salmon when you serve it.

As ever, serve with a nice mixed salad, or vegetables and some red potatoes.
