Testosterone Boosting Strategies

If you are looking for growth, you want to get testosterone working on your side. That’s because it has such a powerful effect on forcing the muscles to get bigger and stronger. And to do so you want a good testosterone boosting strategy.

Run - hard

One of the quickest things you can do is to run – literally. And really run. Sprinting is the ultimate manner in which to naturally increase your growth hormone levels. Critical Mass Movement

Most people try to avoid eating fat as much as possible. That’s a mistake if you are trying to make your muscle grow. Fat is a substance that testosterone needs to go to work fully. So eat some fat, but make it healthy fat. Dairy foods, olive oil, fish oils – get a good mix of the best fats to boost testosterone activity.
